I made the biggest mistake of contacting BMW Riverside through their online chat regarding leasing a new vehicle. Not only they ignore my requests 3 times and never respond me through email. After I lease a new vehicle days later, they finally start to spamming through the email address I gave them earlier. They keep sending follow up email with a fake sales name "Carla Cross". Two STARs for Sherryl. She was patient and walked us through our new car in detail. Not happy with our salesperson. Always got a one-liner response over the email as if he was never interested in talking. And now, he is not even responding anymore and as the deal is already done. Not professional at all.

No consideration for the customer Ryan is not the person work with in there service department do yourself a favor and ask for someone else
