The service guy was very nice and helpful but the lobby is nothing like other BMW waiting areas. They were nice enough to fit me in without an appointment for an oil change. I told them I wanted to see new cars and they never helped me with that. Update*** Haoie Luc and Mark Decker saved the day. Came home with a beautiful brand new 430i. Took less than 2 hours. I couldn't be more pleased. I left a more detailed review on Yelp! Thanks guys I'm in love!

The new state of the art check in alleys are spectacular. My technician completed all maintenance in a timely manner and the comfort of the client waiting room is warm and welcoming. And those cookies... yummy!
