Top notch service. Working with Ammar Haque who is the internet sales manger was an absolute delight to work with. He got my financing where I wanted it to be and worked every angle to make sure it happened. He was extremely thorough to make sure I knew how to work everything in my car. Was a terrific experience from my first email until I drove away.
My car was promised for last Friday, then Saturday everyone left without calling. It is now Tuesday and the car, they say, won't be ready until tomorrow. Talk about dishonest. I am posting from all 4 of my Facebook pages because I am THAT upset.
Terrible customer service. Zero stars would be more like it.
Terrible experience. Purchased my car there years ago and won't go back after this terrible experience.
