Use to love coming here for service now not so much give them my BMW give me a Nissan loaner that smelled like Smoke and last time asked for my car to be washed look like they took a dirty rag and washed it and I drove all the way frm Victorville
Absolutely love BMW Riverside! I have always had fabulous service. They greet me with complete professionalism and a friendly smile. Travis in the service department is the best, and Mark Decker is an amazing salesman! The gals in finance are on top of it also! Great Job BMW of Riverside. :)
This rating is specific to BMW of Riverside's parts department. I have purchased from them for a few years now. These gentleman (specifically Danny) have time and time again proven themselves to be very competent. I have dealt with several other BMW parts departments in LA, the IE, and OC. BMW Riverside has been the best hands down.
The new service area is horribly disappointing. Not what you would expect from a luxury car dealership.
Great staff! Purchased my 2017 430I yesterday from them. Sales staff were not pushy with me @ all. I got my cake, & ate it too. So stoked!
