The staff and service at BMW Encinitas were incredible. I dropped off my car and they took care of the issue the same day. They even provided a loaner vehicle to drive while the care was being serviced. I highly recommend this location for all your BMW needs.Thank you again to Bogdan and Joey for the amazing service!
After having a horrific experience leasing a BMW X5 from BMW of Palm Springs, I must say that I wasn't expecting much better coming out to Encinitas (thinking that all BMW dealerships must be shady). However, I was very pleasantly surprised by my visit and transaction yesterday here. Great & friendly experience with Service advisor Mike. My car looks nice & clean after the complimentary wash & service on my car was very efficient
Took my X-3 in on Monday, 6/15 for a "Complimentary Birthday Car Wash" and thought I would just wait. The service writer, Keith suggested I do some recommended maintenance and he would give me a Loaner car. Perfect! I have extended warranty so there was no charge when I came to pick up my car the next day.
Arrived at 9:45AM for my appointment and was greeted and checked in. Bryan my service person quickly did my paperwork and informed me that the service work and the car wash should take approximately 11/2hrs.. At 11:15AM I was contacted that my car was ready; I received a final copy of service report and keys and I was on my way. Polite and swift service!!!
