Attended this very informative Mental Health First Aid Course over the past two weeks . Content was very interesting, with research and home work very interesting and not erroneous. The course delivery was second to none and breakout work rooms were very interesting and also a great way to get to know other people in different types of work who face the same challenges and opportunities with Mental Health.
