Absolutely dreadful service, ordered tiles through a local supplier who was promised delivery on a Wednesday, got put back until Friday and actually were delivered on the following Monday but only 75% of the tiles were delivered because Redland made a mistake. A week later and the remaining tiles have not arrived and they will not confirm when they are coming, just no respect for the small developer and the fact that this costs the tradesman and the client money
