Bruce is a true artist; he is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to provide the best service possible within budget (and then some). I brought in a very large poster with foil lettering; he informed me that the lettering could be damaged if regular glass was used in the framing process (something I wasn't aware of before coming in), and presented me with multiple options for addressing this (across a few different budget ranges). Great attention to detail and helped me frame a large photography print. It had a lot of folds and bends but he managed to frame it perfectly flat which is impressive and managed to repair all damages to the paper. I honestly still don’t know how he did it. Very punctual, made it exactly on time even though I wasn’t expecting any deadline. He was also considerate for how I was going to get home and wrapped it very well for me.
