Tried a few different sports therapists over the years. I’ve had the best results by far from Ben. Highly recommended.
I would thoroughly recommend going to Ben for injury treatment. I started treatment with a series of injuries from years of rugby, suffering from back + groin issues. Ben, not only treated the aforementioned injuries, but provided me with easy to do and effective exercises to rehab my injuries. He is very thorough when diagnosing and treating injuries, constantly checking in with clients as he performs treatments. Price is excellent.
Fantastic physio that I’ve seen for years - both for injury treatments and sports massage. Bens got me back training many times over the years ! Knowledgable, professional and friendly.

After picking up what I thought was a very severe injury & was even in the process off paying for a private MRI. Ben throughly assessed my injury and ruled out the need for an MRI. I booked in for 1-2 session over the course of a month, now I’m back teaching and training at my school, without having to wear a knee brace.
