Went to the Blackpool store yesterday and it was a very nice experience laid out nicely and no pushy sales person. He let us wonder round and when we were ready he answered all our questions. lol I went to look with a friend and my son and we ended up buying a suite cannot wait for delivery which will be 3-4 weeks and it’s made to our specifications in Britain.
Absolutely fantastic service from South Shore (Bridgeside) BM furniture shop. No hard sell from the sales person just honest and friendly advice when requested. The sofa is absolutely lovely and was delivered on the date arranged by two friendly men who were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them both. Would highly recommend this company as we received a great service from beginning to end. Thank you BM Furniture 😊
Bought 2 sofas (3 seater and a 2 ) delivery guys were so efficient and salesperson Wayne also . Soon after delivery my partner and I noticed a small dint in the back of 2 seater sofa .We reported the issue and Mark came to our assistance with a replacement the following morning . Very pleased with rhe purchase of 2 electric recliner sofas 😊 Customer service of a very high quality and goods also . Would definitely recommend this company .
