Some staff are abit rude and unhelpful especially everytime I call in this store after being served there are always no thank you or ewt and I don’t think the staff have any manners whatsoever and it’s really rude not to!!
I visit your shop 2 times a week the staff are always talking amongst themselves on head sets I’m fed up of being ignored at the till I came in today was served by a gentleman no hello thank you nothing he was too busy talking to somebody on the headset this is every time I’m in your shop it’s not very professional. It’s really not on it’s been happening now now for well over 6 months. When I go in other shops in Birchwood my shopping experience is so much nicer when the staff actually talk to you.
The lady on your till’s today really brightened up my day 😃 which was very much needed! Thank you… Especially also as the lady who was in front of me was very rude and spoke to her terrible!! … Both of your female staff 1 has blonde hair and 1 has red hair are always helpful & go out of their way for me and also they have put a smile on my face each time I have shopped here so I will definitely start shopping there more often!
