This place was B&M express, now Heron foods. I like their products and a lots good offers. However, not impressed with their cashier/store assistant. A woman who I met last week, keeps talking to friends meanwhile me and other customer waiting, she didn’t say sorry for keep us waited. Today, a big man, didn’t say hello back, tossing goods after scanned them to me without looking, kinda impolite by doing that. I hope the company provides them a proper customer service training before start their job.
Many bargains to b had. One particular cash teller very pleasant and patient with customers!
