Had a problem with an old Roman blind (one of 5 matching). I took it down and found that I could not repair it. No help from the manufacturer or supplier. Phoned B&M Blinds who gave me a quote, came, collected it, repaired it and came back and re-fitted it. All very helpful and friendly - and at a reasonable price. They would even have taken it down if I had wanted.
Moved into a new build and can’t express enough how pleased I am with all of the blinds we ordered. Grant and Ian were absolutely brilliant and so professional. And they left no mess once they were finished. A truly happy customer
