I used Keely 3 years ago, and now when I asked her to do more, I paid her upfront. Radio silence ever since. I can't get my money back now....wish I had looked at this review page first!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute scamming little rat. Keeley Hocker! I used her before and she was good and reliable - However, this time so took all the money up front, never showed up with CONSTANT excuses, broken hands, arms, van broke done - She even brought her daughter into it, that she was in hospital etc. Ive requested my money back now for months with absolutely nothing but excuses. After reading some of the other reviews, it looks like I’m in the same position as many with thousands of pounds lost.
WARNING!!!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS DECORATOR!!! Keeley Hocker took £3,500 from us as a deposit and to pay for scaffolding Then requested full payment without having done any work whatsoever and several delays on dates etc!!! Fortunately we did not pay the last request. We then checked her out on Company House to find very L strange entries. We sent messages to Keeley when we had declined the last payment and she blocked us. She totally ignored all letters we sent to her and even ignored a letter her accountant... read more
