Becky was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She sent me a video walkthrough of the apartment right away. She followed up quickly via email and was always prompt and clear in her responses. We also spoke on the phone, and she communicated everything so well. She was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated how efficient and reliable she was throughout the whole process, considering I had not met her in person.
