We had a poor experience, communication was non existent. I lost count of how many times I called and couldn't get through to anyone. To say how much money people pay for the service this is concerning. This made the whole process very stressful. We also felt like our property wasn't advertised very well, only receiving four viewings. Luckily, we had an offer. With every viewing she has been honest and open about the properties, her knowledge was great about the properties too. Nothing is too much trouble, even taken time out of her working hours to fit around us.
