I rented out my house with the help of Liam Murphy-Bigley and honestly, he made the whole process so easy . Liam is super friendly, always kept me updated, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The key handover went smoothly and the new tenants seem really lovely. If you’re thinking of renting out your property, I’d definitely recommend Liam – he really goes the extra mile to make sure everything works out perfectly.

I would not advise anyone - whether you’re a landlord or a tenant - to do business with Blundells. Their property management is not acceptable. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch, including emails to Liam Murphy-Bigley, Borislav Ignatov, and even Countrywide, the issue remains unresolved and most emails have been ignored. The property manager has failed to respond, leaving the tenant completely in the dark and without the repairs they urgently need. My experience with blundells was great. Excellent customer service by Liam. He was very professional, kind and easy to approach. He took great care to make sure I understand what i needed and made sure I got everything I needed.
