I was dealing with Maddy who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Maddy is always helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble.
My property became vacant at short notice. I contacted Blundells, because they have done both tenant find and full management for me before. Liam was very good at establishing what rent was attainable, and quickly getting it on the market. As soon as the old tenant left we had viewings, and Maddy was in charge of that and did a great job. We did a full redec and changed appliances in the kitchen, and it was only 14 days from tenant leaving to new tenant taking possession. That's certainly a record for me. I would not advise anyone - whether you’re a landlord or a tenant - to do business with Blundells. Their property management service is simply not acceptable. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch, including emails to different managers and to their parent company Countrywide, the issue remains unresolved and most emails have been ignored. The property management team has failed to respond, leaving the tenant completely in the dark and without the urgent repairs they need. It is unacceptable that a tenant is forced to ch... read more
