Josh arrived bang on time and got straight to work on 2 taps (one leaking, one frozen) in our 'new' house. He had them both fixed in no time and moved onto the mains leak I'd discovered in the garden. Despite a deluge of rain and mud, Josh found the leak and fixed it. Josh was just brilliant - cheerful, communicative and clearly a man who takes great pride in his work. He really did go above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh and the company and know exactly who to call if we have any more problems.
The only company able to provide us with a short-notice plumber for a puncture pipe in North Devon. Friendly, polite and professional. Many thanks to them.
