Drove here last night with my chihuahua unable to breathe chest swollen after being attacked by a Great Dane going home today with a dog feeling very grateful for all they did for us
Vacationing from Ohio and encountered a lost dog. This facility was contacted and immediately welcomed the sweet yellow lab to their home to scan the microchip. Their caring for this guy was excellent; all this at no fee.
Your team has helped us on numerous occasions over the last 5 years... always kind, gentle and compassionate. That was exceeded during our last, very difficult visit... thank you for taking such great and gentle care of my wife and I... and of course, Hannah-Choo.
They are only there to take advantage of you - when your pet needs the most help - they will give you "estimates" of what they say the stay will cost and when you take them home - they are no better when originally took them for help! Follow up calls is a joke - I called at 2:00 am requesting help with a possible "fever" after their treatment and they would not answer a basic question! Wanted me to drive all the way to their facility to "check" on the puppy - what a scam! This is after paying over $600.00 plus - and the doct... read more
