The caring staff go the extra mile to make the pet and owner comfortable. They offer options and care about the whole family not just if you can pay or not. They offer specialties and advances in veterinary medicine. They are always looking to assist the community. Sarasota k9 Search and Rescue uses them for all their emergency and k9 specialties. I trust all my k9s in their hands.

I was extremely impressed with the entire staff at Sarasota Veterinary ER. From the first person you talk to on the phone to last person you see walking out the door, they were all extremely helpful. The veterinary staff was extremely knowledgable and they were able to see and treat my pet in a timely manner. The entire staff was very gentle and caring in treating my "Asti bear" and they were very informative off all of my options for his care. I would highly recommend them for any pet emergency!

Couldn't be happier. My husband and I spent > 24 hours in a doggie nightmare with our baby Willie.... The staff and vets ( Dr. Ellis and Dr. Barclay) were incredible. We would recommend this group to anyone! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you , from the bottom of our hearts.
Great staff, clean rooms and keep you posted on treatment. They even faxed results of tests and x-rays to our vet the next day. Have been there several times and if need be will use again.
Exceptional service ! Rushed our cat in and was taken immediately back for assessment. Truly caring staff , Dr Ellis quickly assessed Ty and came right out and introduced herself and told us the plan of action. Jennifer at the front desk was extremely kind and informative too. Many thanks for taking care of our cat ! ❤️
I had to bring my sweet Tinker kitty in late last night. The staff was great, very kind. The doctor was asking to give her a pain shot before I even got the paperwork filled out. Sadly, we lost our kitty, but could not have asked for kinder or more compassionate care.
