RecommendedWe received outstanding care from Dr. Massaro and the CARES team! My cat got into some lilies while our regular vet was closed over the weekend. We called CARES and were given the number for Animal Poison Control, who confirmed the flowers were highly toxic and told us to bring him in for treatment. Dr. Massaro discussed options with me and consulted with multiple toxicologists to find the best plan. After 48 hours, my baby is home and well! I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. My dog was recently bit by a dog on her ear we took her to the location only because it’s one of the only locations open 24 hours. They promise to keep us updated texts and photos, which we received none. I receive my dog back after getting multiple stitches. After only two days (and following the rules and taking the proper medicine we were given), my dogs ear had begun to grow in size and fill with puss/blood.
