RecommendedI have always heard so many bad things and had a bad experience as a child bringing a pet to animal emergency care...However, everyone here was so kind, especially Dr. Ruth Peters, she was so cheerful and delightful to talk too and eased any anxiety I had. I would never second guess to bring my pets here in an emergency ever again. There were no unnecessary treatments and/or costs and I feel like it was a very fair price. Our wait time was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend RMVN. Dr. Lane diagnosed our dog with seizures but when we called to discuss options as we weren't seeing improvement, we weren't able to talk to Dr. Lane. It would take 3-5 days to hear back from anyone in the practice, if at all. He didn't review options for treatment and gave us a unilateral diagnosis. Additionally, they wanted us to leave our dog for multiple hours for him to do a follow up "when he was available." If I can give them 0 stars I would. For an ER clinic in my area, I am very upset with this establishment. I will now drive to NVS from now on. I brought my foster pup in on Memorial weekend. I found 2 masses in his groin region that literally came up that day. He was in pain. Salivating, panting, wouldn't lay down, eat or drink. I brought him in and of course was not able to go inside. RecommendedWe had to take our dachshund in for emergency surgery after she ruptured a disk in her back. The doctors and techs really take their time explaining everything clearly and answering all questions. I probably called 3-4 times a day for updates on my dog after her surgery and they were great about always taking my call and putting my mind at ease! I’m happy to say 2 weeks after surgery my dog has regained almost full leg and tail function!

RecommendedVery fortunate to have a place like this so close by. Every person from the receptionist to the doctors to the techs. was extremely helpful, caring and really take pride in what they do. They made an unpleasant experience manageable and have always been there to help via phone no matter what time of day or night. For an emergency center their prices are very fair as well. Thank you to everyone at this organization for not only everything you did for my dog but the countless others you have healed. 5/5 no doubt! 👍🏻 🐾
