I’ve been trying to think of the right words to say, and I am completely astounded by some of the negative comments... My experience was absolutely wonderful, and I simply could not thank the staff enough. My ferret was elderly and very, very sick, so unfortunately I knew it was his time and that he had to be put to sleep. Brought my Taylor to them as her vet had suggested and they took good care of her and were very understanding and compassionate. She ended up having to go somewhere else but they honestly did a very good job in my opinion. They really care.
What kind of emergency vet sends a dog away before even making sure he's stable???? Unfortunately, blue pearl does! My dog had been hit by a car and had his eye hanging out of the socket and wasn't using his back legs but because we weren't able to give them $1000, they refused to do anything for him! They even suggested that we just euthanize him! Absolutely disgusting scumbags!

Unfortunately brought a pet to this place over the weekend. The staff was so unbelievably rude with the worst attitudes imaginable. As if having a pet possibly die wasn't enough, this place was the cherry on top to the worst experience possible. Take your pet ANYWHERE else.
Our dog that was in full labor and could not push out her other babies and the third one was born dead. We brought her in the staff were all uncaring and did not seem to be warm or welcoming at all. One girl was nice that came to her to check her in the back. The others just did not seem to give a crap. Would not touch her till they got full payment which was $3,000.00. So had to get care credit which took time which her babies were in distress and the other two ended up dying and her they gave her an x-ray or something with... read more
