RecommendedOn December 21, 2018 my beloved 4lb Chihuahua Viejo tragically passed away. He was rushed to Blue Pearl late that night with the hopes that they could save him, but he was too far gone. The staff at Blue Pearl went above and beyond with their care and compassion for my dog and my loved ones. To me, they are the definition of what it means to be an organization that truly cares for its clients. Thank you to all of you for your efforts.
Dr. Samantha Haas and staff have been nothing but exceptional. They have treated us with such kindness and we are confident they know whats right for our fur baby.
These wonderful people saved our Pug's life a few years ago. Tank was seizing and his liver was failing. Every few hours they would text a picture of our little guy to keep us connected. They were SO kind and took the time to talk with us whenever we needed. He survived and continues to be happy and healthy.
I'm a disabled veteran I brought my best friend in the middle of the night they helped me help him cross the bridge they treated me disrespect my beloved pet with respect and you're very kind and understanding in my time of grief and for that I am grateful.
Our dog was sent to this specialty group due to cardiac issues. We went here because there was a on-site veterinary cardiologist.We were never "allowed" to speak with the cardiologist, including after paying a consultation fee directly for her services. After I asked twice to speak to the cardiologist to ask questions, I still would still wind up with a staff vet or technician to answer questions. It is Christmas Day and our dog was injured by another dog who wasn't leashed. We are from PA and are camping in the area. The only negative I can say was the wait was a but long but we were referred to them from another Vet ER that I found first who said they had over a 3hr wait time so with that being said I can't complain about the wait. The staff was very pleasant, Dr. Fincher and his assistant were great with our dog and took great care of him. We were worried he would have eye damage but it turned out to be ok. The staff is always been Amazingly welcoming and friendly. Although I’ve only had to use the oncology department at the clinic for my corgi that is receiving treatment for his melanoma, they are an amazing clinic! Dr. Hoss could not be nicer and comforting especially for the reason of being there (meaning cancer) they take extremely great care of your animals I have yet to have even a slight bad experience there!
