Dr. Barclay was very good with my rabbit. Front office tag was warm and welcoming. Techs were nice. They are one of the few Clinics that will even see exotics. They took time to answer my questions and showed me the X-rays so I could see the issue. ER med can be expensive but their prices were on par with other exotic vets. Yes you wait but they were slammed. They did everything they could to make our experience comfortable and allowed me to customize my level of care to my budget. Definitely would use again.
RecommendedMy sweet Zelda (rat/rodent) has been battling diarrhea, red ting around her eyes, and weightloss for a good week and a half. Then Friday, I really noticed she was refusing to eat and drink. By Sunday afternoon I made the choice to take Zelda to be seen by Blue Pearl. Tonight was my first experience at a 24hr vet and I was hesitant at first. I am very thankful for the staff and expertise at Blue Pearl in Sarasota. The doc on staff clearly loves her job and was thoughtful in how she attended to my dog.
Absolutely the worst. They take advance of the situation and charge you out the ass for everything. They offer no advice and no guidance. I only got 2 minutes with the vet. Spent lots of time with useless staff, although the girl at the desk was ok. My dog is in bad shape and the wanted $500 just to tell me what’s wrong with him. Another guy was in there and his poor dog needs 13 stitches totaling $1300 or $130 per stitch, he and I are taking out dog to the vet in the morning. This clinic is wonderful! It was the only clinic that was able to get the medication dosages correct for my dog. I highly recommend this clinic for any type of emergency. They are fantastic!
My cat had a vestibular disease episode in the early morning and was in distress with panting and her tongue hanging out. Blue Pearl staff immediately put her on oxygen to calm her down and stabilized her. She has other issues as well that complicate the situation, but the Blue Pearl staff were extremely friendly yet professional and helped to even calm me down in a stressful situation. She eventually came home and I am eternally grateful for each and every member of Blue Pearl's staff. Thank you for all you do!

I would of given them 5 stars, but it took us 4 hours to get out of there! They were great and dr daily was great also! Price was very reasonable!!
