My husband called to pay our electric bill and was told that our bill was "way too low" and she didn't understand why or how we weren't paying more. She was going to send someone out to check our meter to make sure it's working properly. It's not anybody else's business but if you must know 1. We live in a 2 bedroom duplex. 2.
