Yesterday I called Bluebonnet to report a street light that was out. TODAY I look outside and they are here replacing it. Bluebonnet, you rock! #customerservice

I am very impressed with the way Bluebonnet handled a big, beautiful, tree that had apparently was struck by lightning. I hate that it had to be cut down, but it was a safety issue. My neighbor and I are relieved that these guys came so quickly, as for it was reported as an emergency. These guys were Matthew Sullins, Jeff Bridges and Tristan B. horrible company. i called in to pay my past due amount, told the csr that several times. instead of listening she went and charged me the full amount even after she told me the amount for just the past due. long story short they keep telling me its been reversed, bank says no. im out money for all my other bills so guess imma have late fees. thanks bluebonnet electric.

Bluebonnet serves the area we live in. During the past year, we have had two lightning strikes that affected our appliances and lighting. After the replacement of items, we are still having issues.
