because someone at bluebonnet put in the wrong numbers for a payment i am being charged for a bounced check charge and after over 30 years as a -- customer -- i now have to pay them CASH only SCREW YOU BLUEBONNET we need to have a choice of electric providers and end this monopoly we have some of the highest rates in the state and some of the worst service as well
In less than two years our power has gone out, inexplicably, at least 8-10 times, with 5 outages in the first 6 months of living in this zone. Avoid having this company be your energy provider.
Have never had my power go out this much in my whole life. It is constant. Avoid their zone at all costs.
