RecommendedI would like to send a shout-out to Bluebonnet for their quick response to take care of an issue with a water leak due to one of their trucks accidentally running over our water line. I also want to give a great big KUDOS to one of their subcontractors - United Contractors, James Horn. James and his crew kept me in the loop during the repair process and were very courteous.
I commented earlier on a post regarding Government Shutdown assistance with electric bills. Was originally told no help available. Sorry but your bill will need to be paid or it will be shut off. Post stated provisions are in place to help. Spoke with Supervisor Diane who informed me the bill would still need to be paid and money will need to be sent in. Although I am not receiving any money from my Government job due to the shutdown and am a single parent. This was misinformation and not helpful at all. Thanks for nothing B... read more

RecommendedI am grateful and appreciate everything about our Bluebonnet Electric Coop! I called this morning about installing a security light on our property, it was installed this afternoon!! Amazing! Also, the app is super helpful and easy to use. The staff is always helpful on every call! In a world full of criticism, you all deserve a pat on the back for your dedication and awesome service. Be safe out there this weekend with all the weather coming. RecommendedLast night there was a pole down along my driveway that had been hit and needed to be replaced. I called in to the emergency line and in less than an hour a crew was on site. All 5 of the linemen were very informative, polite and worked as quickly as possible to restore power. I give all of them a 5 Star recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!!
RecommendedI've received excellent customer service whenever there has been a power outage, new service or needed help with my account. Most recently, Jodell Hodde in the Brenham office went out of her way to help me with some changes due to life circumstances. I visited twice and both times she was available and then also called me later with more information. When the request for new service was put in, the whole team was so efficient, prompt and kept me informed during the whole process. I'm so grateful for all of the help!
I have never had a bad experience with Bluebonnet and think they do an awesome job keeping the power on. Keep up the good work guys and gals
