RecommendedHow courteous everyone I’ve been in contact with. Due to Sunday’s outage mine was off 23 hrs and these young men were next door and noticed my lines down came over moved tree branches out of way climbed pole and put up new lines. I am 78 yrs old and was so pleased! Thank you for having awesome employees!

RecommendedWe have been without electricity since last night. It just now came on. This is the first time a flat bottom boat was used in the bottom. Water is high!! BEC used the boat to locate the problem. Thanks BEC they didn’t quit until they solved the problem.

RecommendedPower out once again. If it rains or the wind blows, power goes out. It’s rather frustrating and amazing that this occurs. Cudos to the repair crews, but the Corp has to figure out how to prevent power going out like this.
