Today was a horrible day! Horrible! We have had Blue Bonnet for close years to five years, never an issue. My power was shut off because my September bill hit my October bill. Scrambled around to find out how to pay the past due amount of $251.00 only to be told, I have to pay $55.00 for shut off then $55.00 to have it turned on. Then, I now have to pay a deposit of $225.00. Why? Oh you never paid in the past a deposit and your lucky because it could be $360.00. Power outage this morning due to weather here in Lockhart. Called in at 6:55am and power restored within an hour!!! You ROCK guys!!! Yall have always been there for your customers. Thank you!!!
It seems like every time it rains in Washington the electric goes out. Don't even have to be a storm just a shower and we are stuck in the dark.
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your quick response. I had a crew here to fix my partial power outage immediately (late on a Friday evening) & the repairs were made quickly. Both gentleman were reassuring, prepared & polite. Give them an extra pat on the back for me. Thank you for everything!
It is absolutely horrible that o have to pay an extra 110 dollars just for them to turn my power off and back on when all that has to be done is push a button! I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost that much to run a button this is the worst electric company i have ever had to have to pay 170 dollars because i was 60 short on my last bill!!!!
Thank you so much for quickly getting our electricity restored today. Lightning hit our transformer. Within 1 hour of calling, a repairman was on the scene. He worked in the rain to restore power. Thank you for your hard work! Wished I could have put this on the Facebook page. Thank you again and God bless!
Every time it rains we lose power. Horrible electric company. Cannot keep up with new construction in this area.
