I am a bit concerned Bluebonnet would change the customer name on an address without verifying the change is valid. No contact with the previous tenant/property owner was made when the change was made at my former address.
There customer service is awful and they charge you 50 dollar to reconnect services even when you first move in that's ridiculous I can't wait to move out of Del Valle and go back to Austin energy
