This was by far the worst letting experience we've ever had. Robin and Hasseb were unprofessional, uncooperative, and even threatening at times. They promised to return our deposit after inspection, then refused to release it. Communication was rude and aggressive, and any attempt to resolve things was met with hostility and avoidance. If you value your money and peace of mind, never ever rent a property through them. If you want your deposit back, stay far away from Bluebird Residential.
Extremely disappointed with the service. The agent was highly unprofessional and misleading throughout the process. They made commitments they didn’t keep and were only focused on making money, not on providing honest or helpful service. Worst of all, they failed to return the deposit even after clearly stating they would. This experience felt dishonest and exploitative. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them — transparency and integrity were completely lacking.
