Very friendly and professional, I had phoned other removal services but they were going to make me wait up to 2 weeks for the service. Mary & Tasso brought me in just 2 days after my initial phone call, and even stayed after working hours just to help me. Could not recommend enough. Absolute lifesavers.
Went in Def in my left ear .with in minutes I could hear. Took me early in morning without appointment. 100% fantastic
I have to say, from the welcome from Mary to the initial consultation with Tasso the experience was excellent. Very professional and very warm and friendly for what can be a very sensitive issue for someone. Would recommend without hesitation.
Amazing experience. The process was so simple and Tasso and Mary were so amazing and made me feel at ease, even with a lovely cup of tea. I would highly recommend, was feeling so low not being able to hear but I came out there a new woman, so so happy.
Top class expierence with Tasso and Mary! From a super simple process of booking online made it as easy appointment to book. Mary even called in advance to ensure we made it ok. The process itself very straightforward, can be ever so slightly uncomfortable however only last for around 40-60 secs. Overall the whole process was amazing and Tasso is a gentleman full of knowledge and great life advice.
