Very poor service, marked by arrogance and a dismissive attitude, giving the impression that they consider themselves above the patients. The waiting time to see a doctor ranges from 30 minutes to over an hour. Unfortunately, my experiences with the doctors have not been positive — it feels as though your health may deteriorate before any real treatment is provided.
Dreadful practice. My 89 year old mother can never get a appointment. In a line of qué on the telephone to 'may be' get some kind of appointment. Maybe not. A Receptionist can be quite abrupt regarding the elderly person' s health problem. Not very helpful indeed.
just tried to make an appointment for an urgent issue. It took me half a day to get through. It is impossible to get a response from the receptionist, she is like a guard dog, there is no getting past her. Every question is met with a no. Apparently there are no managers in the practice since they only come in the morning. It seems like the receptionist is the judge and jury. This GP practice is a joke. I called because I need to be seen urgently as my whole left side of my body is in agony due to something going on with my ear, can’t feel my fingers, pain in my arms, legs, I could be having a stroke at this point. (it COULD be an infection, but I do not know) I waited for 50+ people in the queue. Only to be told by the Receptionist that I should’ve gone to the chemist first!?
