The company is a rip-off machine and it is too bad I can't give them less than one star. Besides forcing tenants to sign an agreement to pay two months rent in case of breaking a contract, they also charge an "Unsufficient Notice Fee" if you inform them about that in less than 60 days. I lived in the apartment owned by Greystar for five months and after I lost my contract and had to move out I was charged almost three months' worth of rent. Management is the worst, they do not do there jobs and have screwed me over on my rent multiple times. This place should be shut down for how bad they handle there customers. I have tried to get in contact with the managers and was told no every time. I have lived at *************** apartments in **************** for just over a year and it's the worst living experience I have ever had. I do not recommend any move into an apartment complex that is controlled by Greystar property management!

The management at *********** is confrontational and devoid of customer service. During our attempt at transitioning from one unit to another, we were quoted a price without being informed that it would be changing on a daily basis and were not provided with policies and procedures regarding the transfer. This management is not efficient. I have lived at *************** at ********** *******, ** For more than 4 years and there are a-lot of problems with pests, especially big Rats and i had to move due to medical condition of my child because of the rats. So doctors told us to move asap, i had contacted the property and their management but they did not respond. So i moved out and now they are send me extra bills. I would not recommend any one here

I have sewage coming up in my kitchen sink, and it makes weird sounds non stop it is disgusting. I have been complaining for MONTHS and management is no where to be found. They are never here and try to have leasing staff deal with tenants. It is a joke. This place is TRASH and management is horrendous.

Realtors BEWARE. The lying & lack of response from office was a true representation of this complex's treatment to its referral ******************* They make it insanely difficult to get referral fee paid to the point it's extortion. When my client began looking for apartments, I reached out to ****************************. They said they did & it was 125% as long as you brought the tenant to the office and they added you on move-in form. When visiting, my client liked decided to apply. My husband and I purchased a house - and then decided to move and wanted to sell and purchase a new house. Upon pulling a credit report - we found from a long time ago in a galaxy far far away some how a final bill was not passed on to us from a community of greystar that I use to live in. When i called this collection agency that was dinging my credit, I spoke with them calmly and told them that we were "WILLING" yes WILLING to pay the bill so we can get into another loan agreement. My lease clearly prohibits smoking in the building and my neighbor smokes cigarettes every day. Ive complained to management 8 times in the past month and they refuse to do anything about it. My apartment STINKS because of them and I cant get any sort of acknowledgment. 0/5 stars.

I lived at *************** for 3 years. It was great until Greystar bought the place. I moved out in Aug 2022. My security deposit refund was dated well ********* days after I moved out, and there was no itemized receipt for funds withheld. I made numerous attempts to acquire the itemized receipt. I called, left voicemails, dozens of emails, never heard anything back. Reached out to their corporate office, still no response.
