Greystar bought Club Palisades in ***********, **. They renamed it ***************. They own Ethos in ****, ** and many others in the Seattle/Tacoma area. They even owned my apartment down in ********** called **************, which later surprised me the difference in management. If you check the reviews of these properties, and many others, they are possibly slumlords. My prior years at Wakefield glen have been great until Britney Mangum became an employee at the property. She uses the community as her personal playground for riding the company golf cart around during non-business hours while she is under the influence and has her young daughter with her. She also threatens every non-black resident at the pool that she is going to call the police on them …. And they are simply minding their own business. Bait and switch do not go with this company, customer service is horrible. They told me one price and after i applied they changed the price. I called corporate and they flat out believed the lies. waste of money

Since greystar has taken over my apartment complex Rent has gone up a significant amount and despite the raise in cost, apartment grounds are not properly kept There are multiple broken sprinkler heads spread around the complex, mailboxes are commonly broken into and not repaired in a timely fashion

The Franklin Apartment Homes in Cary NC. The apartment is full of German Roaches. I reported a roach infestation in my home and was put on a waitlist for 2 weeks. When the pest control was able to come the infestation was out of control and caused me to throw out hundred of dollars worth of food and other appliances. The German Roaches took over the apartment and caused the apartment to be inhabitable and management did not care. I live at ALLUVION in ***************. I would highly recommend avoiding this mess of an apartment complex. Charging $15 an hour to charge our electric cars on property lol.

This is my 1st and last time living in a Greystar community; Silverbrook Apartments I have had a leaking roof since the day I moved in and nothing has been done about it, now I have mold and water marks/streaks down my walls and management has done nothing to help me!The previous property manager put the utilities in the apartment complex name when I moved in and now a year and a half later con-service found out I had been living there all along and now charged me a year and a some worth of utility bills. They are thieves. Good communication with them until we put down a deposit to hold a unit while they processed our information. After the deposit was received they became incredibly difficult to get in contact with to the point that our requested move in date had passed two weeks after our initial deposit was accepted. Since our requested move in date had passed, they would not honor the agreed upon rent for that move in date (they increased it) and so we declined to move forward with signing a lease.
