Comcast is the worst customer service ever, and Blue Shield is a close 2d. Apparently, despite hundreds of millions in profits by this non-profit, they cant afford to hire enough customer service reps so that you don't have to wait on hold for well over an hour. And then, when someone finally answers, they either (1) disconnect you, or (2) tell you you've reached the wrong department and then put you back in the cue.
