Worst customer service ever.
You don't even deserve a star. Worst customer service + health care provider I've EVER had to deal with. After 3-4 months and 3 times ordering I haven't received my ID card, my doctor doesn't even exist when I call the number off your website and the number your "customer service" rep gave me. Horrible attitude, not helpful AT ALL. I rather not have health insurance.
I just wasted a whole day off with the WORST tech support ever. Still can't access my account and tech support hung up on me without calling me back. It took one hour and 45 minutes to get connected to them and two hours of help that still didn't resolve the problem and now I am back in tech phone line waiting again for help. Blue Shield's website & online services is terrible. It took months before the Billing portion worked and it never recognizes the user even when you have correct userid & password. When you try the "forgot id" - system fails! Terrible online services and terrible customer services since you have to wait an hour or more before you get a representative on the phone.
Run as fast as you can from this insurance. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION of Their plans. Horrible. Costumer care, overcharge, refuse to pay claims. I am so sorry for ever having chose them. Star rating---zero
