Don't ever agree to let Blue Shield of California auto-deduct your premiums. After I switched carriers, Blue Shield deducted over three times my monthly premium, and despite bringing their mistake to their attention in writing for a series of months, they are still refusing to refund the unauthorized withdrawal. If you have had a similar experience, please private message--maybe we get a class-action suit together.
Unable to receive even an ID card after 3 months! Call to get told “there is no one available to speak to me right now call back later. Hung up on!” Tried website .....down Tried application.... unable to retrieve at this time. What is it that I pay for?
Extremely poor service, charging us for extra months, unable to process refunds for an entire month! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
