Customer service in another country apparently.. Difficult to understand the agent and much background noise from other agents making it more difficult to understand the already poor English.
Blue Shield of CA has stolen our money, messed up our accounts, and given us the WORST possible customer service. Particularly the office here in Lodi. You should all be ashamed of your selves for helping a corporation steal money from average people just like you.
Telephone staff ill trained and worse than useless - anyone got a corporate number I can call?
Just called and spoke to a customer call center "specialist" who couldn't decipher my benefits page or differentiate the difference between outpatient gallbladder surgery and an upper GI procedure (she thought it was the same thing). o_O I also ordered a new ID card - I'm sure that's going to a place that's not my house....
The lights are on but nobody is home. Inept management allows customers to go months without a reply. This has been horrifying adjustment from my cancelled blue cross plan. They would at least answer the phones and emails!
