Rubbish place to work, reviews are all fake here (management asks the team to put fake reviews-see screenshot) one person or more from the management have been stealing from company themselves lol. Non verbal clients be left in a heated room in the summer, no repairs done yet for months (management beleives... not like they can talk and complain to people ). Been offered a job with this company was awaiting start date they did not get in touch for me to start and then when I chased them up they refused and with Drew my job offer for no good reason after leaving me hanging for 6 weeks. I would definitely not recommend anyone to apply for a job with this company not unless u want to come across time wasters from the HR namely Sean Dolman.

Best Workplace I've worked at without a doubt, Eva, Becks, Ashleigh who run the show at Blue Ribbons Raven House home in Burnley, this last year, are the most amazing set of bosses and create a very vibrant and happy atmosphere not just for the residents we support but for us staff to do a great job and they always support you. I’ve had the privilege to be part of the team at Raven house for over a year the dedication from staff and management Is second to none . I’ve seen firsthand how the service provides the best person centred care for service users despite all challenges faced ,couldn’t praise the staff and management enough . What a team !
