Rude, so rude. Arrived to pick up a heavy piece. Only to be ignored when I asked for help moving the piece was told that I had to do it myself and I should have brought help, because the estate manager had a back injury. I was unaware of this as I was picking the piece up for an older friend of mine. The lack of professionalism was appalling.

Terrible company had signs saying 9 am on the road I pull up at 9:20 the guy was a complete jerk about it sorry you had a mismarked sign. He was extremely angry and aggressive and acted like I was very in the wrong. Dont need to be like that I wouldnt of even been mad but the way he treated me was terrible.

Before driving a half hour, I wanted to know the price on a bigger item. Instead of being told, I was told that I needed to come on by. What is wrong with these people? Definitely price gouging if they won't tell you anything up front.

Over the summer I had an interaction with soccoro. (The owner.) Where I was trying to purchase an item and she was so incredibly rude to me and my elementary age daughter. The item was damaged which I know estate sales are as is. However she failed to mention to me the item was very obviously missing pieces. buyer beware of her.
