I went to an estate sale in Surprise last weekend hosted by Woody Winwood and Elizabeth Delaney. I was pleasantly surprised to find such professional, caring people running this sale. They were fair in their pricing, and dealt with everyone courteously. It was by far the best run estate sale I've been to in a long time, and I will be watching for any future sales they have in the area. I was very impressed with the way they conducted their business.
