Dulgunn is a thief. He stole the entire estate and never paid a dime. He took advantage of me being out of state. Don’t do business with this company!!!

Be very cautious when using this company!! Dulguun was very friendly (initially) to work with but in the end both of his proceeds checks to us bounced. He stole $7,644.86 from us!! High dollar items did not appear on his list of items sold yet they're gone. House was a disaster after the sale!! I understand that the house would look like dozens of people had been there, I didn't expect so much food and garbage left behind by their employees. Cannot rave about these folks enough. Called them to have them check out my late fathers property and see if they could help. They were upfront and honest about the situation and some of the space constraints we would face. They broke down what they would be able to do and gave all the pros and cons of what we were dealing with. After talking it though they put me in contact with another company that would be able to help (a clean out crew) and even offered to meet the other company and help me out sense I don’t live in Colo... read more
