These folks are the best of the best! They have such beautiful displays of their merchandise, they are very helpful, kind, knowledgeable of their merchandise and eager to help everyone. Tammy helped me and she was a sweetheart. Their sales are the best! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Very frustrating experience. On the last day of the sale, I asked if they could lower the price of an item by one dollar, they would rather not sell an item at all than reduce it by even a dollar!!!!! That kind of rigidity made the whole experience feel more about control like they are on a power trip than about actually moving merchandise. The atmosphere was uncomfortable as well. I would give zero star if I could. We had the misfortune, and went to an estate sale today on1522 Clover Hill Rd, Mansfield. It was a very upsetting experience for my family. I am still in shock and is full of anger. My elderly mother, who is visibly very ill and currently a stage-4 cancer patient, was asking about purchasing a soup tureen and a tablecloth. Mac and his wife are the greatest. They do exactly what they say they will: go above and beyond to stage, staff, manage, protect, advertise including professional narration. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. What an amazing work ethic- and left the house clean afterwards. Took the donations to charity themselves- really incredible.
