It blue my mind. *bows and exits* Great coffee, I've only ever had one cup that tasted a bit weird, but not bad enough to lose a star. I still drank it. The coffee. Not the star.
Blue Mind Coffee was a great stop! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was happy to see they had several vegan options. We tried the banana latte (which is already vegan) and the butterscotch latte, and both were delicious with great flavor. They also had a few vegan pastries available, which was a nice surprise, although we didn’t get a chance to try them.
