Received this bouquet for my birthday, it was ordered in advance. On the second day it looked very bad. The roses started to get black on the tips of them. The big roses have withered. I think that this is not what you expect when you order flowers in advance and pay so much money. Need to mention that bought 2 bouquets. Very bad experience. Pictures will tell everything.

I did a order through interflora for a luxury all white bouquet for my daughter's 27th bday. What arrived was a bouquet that was the size of my hand, it was fresh and lovely but it was not a luxury boutique. It was delivered at 7.45am, I phoned the shop and a older man answered, he wasn't the most pleasant person, he just wasn't bothered. He didn't apologise, he just didn't want me to contact interflora to complain. I can’t tell you how thrilled my friend was today to get the lilies, so so many of them. I had put the wrong address! You persevered and called me, and her to find out where she was. Can’t believe it! She’s over the moon and so am I.
