I will never stay at this hotel nor patronize any businesses associated with this hotel. my mom was stranded early morning 10/6/17 and was waiting in their lobby (what she thought was a safe place) until my father arrived to pick her up. The manager on duty was unnecessarily rude and nasty towards her telling her to "get out" even after she informed him she was waiting he accused her of lying being homeless and called the police. We had to call the front desk four times to get some service, there was literally mold above the window air unit all throughout the ceiling and in the bathroom, my room safe would not open and it took them over four hours to get someone there to even try to open it properly. And it appeared that there was something resembling blood on what we're supposed to be are clean towels. In light of all of this management did not even attempt to compensate me for my family. Weight Room absolutely nothing worked in it.
Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely go back. Big plus is their shuttle service to and from the Cowboy games. The breakfast is awesome.
It was very comfortable! Only thing I didn't like was there was no hot breakfast and a little construction... other than that the hotel was very accommodating.
We really enjoyed our stay, from the hotel rooms, to the zuri bar and lounge. It was one of the best experiences I've had in Dallas.
Absolutely AWFUL service! Stayed 2 nights, the first night I asked FOUR times for a baby crib to be delivered to my room. Finally, that 4th time at 1AM I went to the front desk and had to stand there while he checked. After he grabbed it I had to carry it myself to the 4th floor! Then the next day I accidently left my key/card in the room, when I went to the front desk to ask for a card to my room she just handed me one. Never asked for an ID!! She would have given ANYONE a key to my room!! How unsafe! I will NEVER be back. ... read more
