Paid a ton of money for two nights in the family suite. First room was tore up from previous occupants so we had to be moved to another room. In the middle of the night the toilet started over flowing and the lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do. After taking my kids down stairs all night to use the bathroom the lady at the front desk was kind enough to get us a plunger to handle the issue ourselves. Nice room, friendly staff. But after an exhausting week of travel, we just wanted to rest and sleep on the last night of our trip before returning home. We weren't told that the hotel would be blasting music until 2:00 am right outside our window for some kind of party. This music was loud enough to drown out the T.V. I've never had a hotel do that before and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel like this. A cheaper but restful hotel would have been a better option.
New owner hard to work with. Changed the rules in the middle of our stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
DO NOT STAY HERE. A lot of money was spent here this past weekend and at least 100 people went home sick. They refuse to take any accountability. They had a different set of rules to follow each night of the week/weekend. The beer they served was warm.... this list goes on.
More than 90% of my group of 160 came down with the Norovirus while staying at this hotel this past weekend. Stay clear!!!
Room was alright. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not worth the money
