Day manager very rude and unhelpful. Took weeks and many phone calls to track someone down to help with an issue. We have stayed here often and it was are go to place. But because of this we feel it best to find some place else unfortunately because we were fond of it.
Our credit card information was stolen after reserving our room. Staff person was rude and unprofessional. Be warned!!!
Enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Very affordable too!
Awesome hotel. Spent last thanksgiving weekend there for the Dallas Cowboys game, and it was a blast...very friendly staff and awesome place.5 stars for them.
